You chose to trip with us and we promise that each tee is designed to make your experience as memorable as possible.

Shipping

Orders placed before 5 pm will be dispatched within 48 hours. Once you place an order, your tee will reach its destination in 7-10 business days. 

Returns

As we are just starting out, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.

Replacement & Refunds

In case you get a BT (Bad Tee that's damaged or incorrect), send us a photo/video at tripwithus@bastee.in

Once the issue is verified, the full refund amount will be issued directly into your bank account.
